Sarah Richards, DPM, is a highly skilled and board-certified podiatrist. She provides exceptional care to her patients in New Jersey, and New York City.
Dr. Richards graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, with a bachelor’s in chemistry and international studies. Before going into podiatry, she completed a Master’s Degree in Education from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
Dr. Richards earned her podiatry degree from the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, where she graduated at the top of her class. She went on to complete a three-year residency in foot and ankle medicine and surgery at Hoboken University Medical Center in Hoboken, New Jersey.
Dr. Richards is a former dancer and was initially inspired to pursue podiatry in order to rehabilitate injuries from dance performances. As a well-trained podiatrist, Dr. Richards diagnoses and treats an array foot and ankle pathology including plantar fasciitis, warts, sports injuries, diabetic foot exams, ingrown toenails, and many other podiatric conditions.
